Join our Program Director and ex-collegiate & pro Strength and Conditioning Coach Tony Reynolds for this high intensity workout using agility ladders, slide boards, jump ropes, plyo boxes, mini hurdles, bands, and MUCH MUCH more. Tony's creative programming will keep you engaged while ramping up your heart rate and improving your overall strength, speed, agility, balance and conditioning.

Tony is the Director of Programs at the Forest City YMCA. He spent more than 20 years working with athletes of all ages as Director of Strength and Conditioning at Waldorf University, Indiana State University, Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, The International Performance Institute, Cincinnati Reds, and the International Youth Conditioning Association,. Tony was also the Founder of Progressive Sporting Systems, a personal training and youth development business located in Terre Haute, Indiana. He has a masters degree in Human Biomechanics and an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, both from Indiana State University.
